It is great being on the various Facebook SUP groups and seeing so many posts that mention the importance that paddleboarding has on mind and soul.
It is something that we too feel every time we are out paddling. A connection between with the water, land and sky. And nature, especially a connection with Mother Nature.
The freedom it brings. And the stimulus to mind and soul. It is our happy place!
There is obviously the physical benefit too, a CV workout for the body engaging muscle groups you didn’t even realise you had! But is is the mindful aspect that often leaves the largest imprint. That personal time spent away from ‘normality’ and the hurly burly of day to day living.
Which is one of the main reasons we created the SUP100. It is just as much about finding paddle trails that are good for the mind and soul, as well as the body!
